Pricing & Payment:

  • Payment Terms: 100% advance payment through Online Payment
  • All prices are in Omani Riyals including all applicable local taxes excluding all future taxes like VAT etc.
  • Prices are subjected to change without any prior notice if there are any changes in the licensing fee, course structure, course duration, Involvement of new Online Training Platform or any other escalation in cost associated to training delivery.
  • Payment can be done through our website through Thawani Payment Gateway.
  • VAT charges will be applicable for certain courses will be shown in our online payment



Our pricing includes only the taxes that are effective and applied by OMAN GOVERNMENT on the effective date. Any new taxes such as VAT and other new taxation laws introduced after that period and for any existing and ongoing agreement / service during the term of the contract will be added to the selling price / invoiced as appropriate and in line with the legal provisions applicable at the time of execution of service from the effective date of implementation of new tax by Oman Government.


Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Cancellation Terms:

  • Cancellation notification must be received in writing to 14 Days prior to the Scheduled Course Date. If the full notice period is not given, then a 100% fee is applicable.
  • Cancellation notification must be received in writing to 25 Days prior to the Scheduled Course Date for all International Certified Courses should be made If the full notice period is not given, then a 100% fee is applicable.

Refund Terms:

  • If cancellation notice is not given as per the noticed period mentioned above, then the nominee will be recorded as a no show and there will be no refund on the Online Payment.
  • Refund will be processed within 30 Days from the date of receipt notification for cancellation has been sent to for candidates who meet the cancellation notice period terms mentioned above.


Course Scheduling & Delivery Terms:

Course delivery: (Online)

  • Training for all the Online courses listed in our website will be conducted through our fully equipped Online training Platforms.
  • The training will be a combination of Instructor Led Online training along with other training resources.
  • Candidates will receive the certificates after successfully completing the course.
  • Upon payment receipt and course confirmation, info@mti.omwill share the login and credentials for Logging into the registered course Online.
  • Enrolled candidates should have his own laptop or PC to attend the Online Course
  • We recommend that Any desk application to be installed in candidate PC/Laptop for any assistance that may be required during the session

  Course Delivery (Classroom /Practical) 

  • Training for all Classroom/Practical courses listed in our website will be displayed in the course details.
  • The location of the training venue will be mailed to the candidates who confirm their booking by completing the payment either Online on our website or through Bank Transfer.
  • Candidates will receive the course materials during the course and certificates after successfully completing the course.
